Cape Boat has always been a pioneer in the development and installation of radio communications at sea. Our clubhouse ( SKI BOAT CONTROL) offers full VHS 71 meg radio communications with a repeater TO 40 NM at sea and Kavi Comm Communications.
All skippers are currently upgrading their licenses to full DSC compliance in order to comply with the latest safety at sea regulations. SADSAA Skippers courses are also available on request.
The club offers a full boat survey day ( usually in December) in which members can have their boats surveyed at a reduced rate.
