CBSC Membership Application

I hereby undertake to abide by the Constitution of the Cape Boat and Ski Boat Club and understand that the termination of my membership can only occur according to the constitution of the Club. I understand that should my membership be approved it will be subject to a probation period of 3 months.
I accept that yearly subscriptions are due by the 1st January yearly, and should I want to resign from the Club, my letter of resignation must reach the Club Secretary / Manager before the 31st December in any given year, or it will be assumed that I wish to continue my membership for the ensuing year, and that I will be liable for subscriptions for the following year.
I declare that the information provided overleaf is true and correct in every aspect and understand that my membership will be terminated if this is found to be incorrect. A copy of the Constitution and Bylaws is available on the web site and has been read.

PROOF OF PAYMENT AND AN ID PHOTOGRAPHS MUST BE ATTACHED. SEE BANKING DETAILS BELOW.

Please note we do NOT accept "SOCIAL MEMBERSHIP". All membership applications are subject to committee approvals. Once approved you will be notified and a WPDSAA affiliation number will be allocated to you. You will be able to collect your membership/ launch card from the club only after approval and subs paid..
